The apartment is full of light and has many French windows that open onto the garden, combining indoor and outdoor life. It is an ideal base for friends or a family looking for an action-packed holiday in the Aosta Valley.

The chalet is built on a hillside, so access to the apartment is via a staircase leading to the front door. The alpine décor includes wooden panelling and flooring. The airy living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dresser. The wooden dining table for 6 includes a cosy banquette. Glass doors open onto the garden. Back inside, the separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer and Moka coffee maker.

The chalet offers a shared garden where guests can relax and admire the stunning mountain scenery that surrounds them.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wooden wardrobe and a laptop-friendly desk. Glass doors lead out to the garden.
Bedroom 2: This sunny bedroom has a bunk bed, a wardrobe and double desks. This bedroom also has a door to the garden.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Location
The apartment is in the charming resort of Courmayeur high in the Alps, on the Italian side of Mont Blanc. The traditional houses are made of stone and wood, with pretty paved streets. The historic town centre is just a 3-minute drive. Here visitors will find boutiques, cafés and restaurants.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options for skiers of all levels. The Dolonne-ourmayeur-Mont Blanc cable car is a 6-minute walk and gives visitors access to an extensive network of slopes and off-piste skiing. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains as well as climbing and mountaineering.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, there is a supermarket just 2 minutes away and other smaller shops selling local delicacies.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 35-minute drive from the apartment. Geneva airport is 1 hour and 40 minutes.
