  • Relax with friends or the whole family at the peaceful Parkside Cottage. This quiet, welcoming, and private 1,000-square-foot home features two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with central heating and air conditioning. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Guests have access to the entire home and fully fenced yard. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 10 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

All in all a great time was had by my wife and I. The location, next to Seal Bay Park, was just steps away and made for many a fun dog walk.Our hosts were extremely responsive which added to the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and bright, lots of windows. It had a lovely fenced garden for us to sit out and watch our dog. He loved it as much as we did.The hiking trail next to it was a bonus and so close.Great hosts, we hope we come again next summer. Thank you!

My family had a relaxing stay at the Cottage. Very well supplied and everything we needed for our stay. This was the best accommodation that we had on our 14 day trip on Vancouver Island.

We had an amazing time staying at the Peaceful Parkside Cottage…everything was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom! The beds were very comfortable and it was so quiet for a good nights sleep! We really enjoyed the Seal Bay Nature Park trails and the breweries in the area! Highly recommend this property!

Clean and very well appointed, trails to Seal Bay park right next door. Very quick drive to Comox airport (10 mins max) and many amenities nearby. Would stay again!

Clean, quiet, spacious cottage in rural setting next to Seal Bay park. Well stocked kitchen, large open kitchen and large bedrooms. Very comfortable. Minutes away from downtown Comox.

Stay here if you want a peaceful and relaxed experience. Stay here if you love nature just outside your doorstep and walking pathways through gorgeous Seal Bay Nature Park. Stay here if you want a supportive host AND privacy and space to enjoy your vacation. Andrea is fabulous to work with in booking and staying at her space. We never felt we were staying at someone's house...we loved our experience here. The cottage is so well equipped, she has thought of every last detail. The yard space is private, surrounded by trees with herb gardens and plenty of spaces on the porch and side yard to enjoy the outdoors. It was so easy to be in the space with out little dogs, we could sit outside with them with a coffee or cold drink and they could roam safely in the self-contained cottage yard. We loved everything about this place and would stay again and again.

Property is wonderful, in a nice quiet location and nice access to a nature trail. The cottage is well maintained and has everything you may need during your stay. Would stay again if opportunity arises.
