“No parking at this property is an issue and paying for parking only adds to the cost. Rooms were a good size but the beds are small considering the space that there is. Quilts are great if the weather is cold but the room is warm and even with aircon on and set at 20 degrees we were hot. Ugly cumbersome mugs to drink a cup of tea from. Breakfast is average.”

Small but functional room with comfy bed, decent (shared) bathroom.
Adequate parking. Nice continental breakfast.
Comfy lounge area with big screen TV for watching cricket highlights!
Walls are very thin. Could hear the next room folks talking at 1am.”

“The evening meal available consisted of a vegetarian or meat three course meal presented as a buffet.I thought the quality and value for money was excellent.Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive as were all other staff in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay whilst attending a conference nearby.”

“Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out.
Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests .
This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm
Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from
Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...

Really big bathroom
Very hot but it was a hot evening outside
The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking.”
