Very convenient check in with kiosk as well as in person staff. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. When I stayed there they were updating rooms and making it look nicer. I would recommend if you looking for affordable prices

The stay here was terrible! Was issued the wrong room key, once I recieved the room key, the room was clean, but it had the worst mildew smell inside, not to mention all of the surrounding rooms were being renovated, so there was tons of beating and banging, one of the amenities was breakfast and there was absolutely none of that, and the coffee maker barely worked. Would never book a room here EVER!!

Room was dirty and sheets were stained also had roaches and bugs also ran into a person fall in the hallway drunk or on drugs. Definitely will not be staying there again

This is the ugly and dirty hotel i stay. Me reservation is for 5 day. Only stay 9 hours and move to another hotel.

The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The lights were not working. Stains on the bed. Did not feel safe here. Saw the room and immediately checked out.

This is the dirtiest place I stayed ever. Forget about roaches and bugs, even the bed was super dirty. I doubt they didn’t clean the bed for a month at least. Never stay there to save $10-20. Either I will pick a better place or stay in the car. The parking lot is dark and authority put notice that they are not responsible for stollen cars.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! The place was filthy, full of cockroaches, and had broken facilities everywhere. There were people who appeared to be homeless staying in rooms with bicycles and their belongings. The conditions were completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs! Expedia was equally disappointing and completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Their customer service has been terrible.

The room was nice and as advertised. There was a musky/damp feel. It looked as if the hotel was professionally remodeled, but later repairs were very shabby. No one usually at the desk it had a video kiosk. We had no house keeping for (2) nights and until I put the laundry in the hall on the (3rd) night. There were people hanging out in the parking lot day and night. BN

COCKROAHES!!!! DIRTY HALLWAY CARPETS> DIRTY ROOM CARPET> Amenities? There were none. Instead of a front desk, I checked in to a tele-check-in screen.

Breakfast room was closed entire time. Did find food in reception but had to discover myself. Hotel uses a remote kiosk to check people in and out, was very jarring. There were bugs in the room and it had a musty stench.

Dirty, unlit parking lot, the ac did not work well and my husband sliced his foot open on something within an hour of staying and almost needed sutures. Horrid conditions and staff were so new they were unhelpful.

The rooms were in the process of I assume construction. Bed linings was dirty, floor was dirty band aid that was used was in the flood. I asked for a refund the gentlemen using the online kiosk said I would be refunded for my stay but failed to do so even though I was only there long enough to walk from welcome desk to my room, maybe 10 minute inspection and back to the welcome desk to return my key.

The property has a weird odor. Stayed there 4 nights and not once they cleaned the room. The toilet was halfway broken. Only had 2 towels for the whole stay, had to ask for more. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I needed a hotel close to CVG airport for an early morning flight. I did not know that this area was a drug addict area. Quite a few were roaming the parking lot cracked out when we arrived at 5pm and when we left at 3am to go to the airport there were others roaming the parking lot. At 3am. The hotel room was in poor shape. The flooring is pulling up. The night stand is about to fall off the wall. The shower head hanging in the wall, useless. We had bugs running around the bathroom. People yelling up and down the hallway outside our room. There is a huge gap under the door so you hear everything from the hallway.

This is definitely an affordable place to stay. However, there were things that concern me that they were renovating which isn’t an issue and I hope that it goes well. In the room, it seemed like the sheets had some stains on them that were dark and you can tell there was also a cigarette hole in one of the sheets. I do not smoke and towels were not cleaned thoroughly there was hair that was black (not mine) on the towels. The bathtub was not cleaned and had stains on it. The boards in the room were lifting up and there was a power extension cord for some of the appliances. The microwave was gross and disgusting full of cheese that wasn’t ours prior to checking in. Could do better in cleanliness and not put out sheets with stains.

There was no staff on site. The floors were filthy. Carpet was pulling up. Our door wasn’t even locked when we went to check in never checked in through a virtual machine before there were cords running from room to room across the hallway. There is no elevator we were on the second floor. We did not stay in the location.
