  • Located just moments from the "Lovers walk" Dunsmore Rd Cowes front beach, this home is in a prime location for enjoying the beach lifestyle. Whether you want to take a leisurely stroll along the beach or relax and soak up the sun, this house is the perfect base for your coastal getaway. Overall, this spacious and well-appointed home is perfect for families wanting space and comfort. With its great natural light and high ceilings, it offers the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living.

    The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. It is also close to local shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it convenient for dining out or picking up groceries. The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, with a shaded alfresco area, outdoor dining, and a BBQ (smoker type BBQ using coals). The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and a safe space for children to play. Inside, the open plan design of the main living area creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

    The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a large island bench, making it a great space for cooking and socializing. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The other bedrooms share a second bathroom, which includes a bathtub. The house also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay. The double garage provides secure parking for your vehicles.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.

    Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.

    At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.

    Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information.

    PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given.

    * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.

    * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

    We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.

    Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.

    Stayz/HomeAway bookings will charge a SERVICE FEE. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by Stayz/HomeAway to guests/travellers.

    The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by HomeAway/Stayz and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by HomeAway/Stayz.

Perfectly peaceful and well situated

Lovely large family home, perfect for families or groups travelling together looking for a comfortable holiday home. Everything was immaculate and well appointed, plus our dog enjoyed the freedom of the secure backyard.Close to the beach and shops, this is a wonderful holiday spot.

Great place and great location

This property is wonderful for a family. Has everything you need and is a great location. Once street back from the beach and walking distance to Cowes central.

Big House. Good Location

The house was quite large with 2 large living areas and 4 large bedrooms. It was very clean and well appointed. One block from the beach and 15 min walk to Cowes. Parking is tight if you have multiple cars. Recommended but I suggest you take your own pillows.
