The house is on a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying. Loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire—Guests can hire a full linen set for $35 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire—Guests can hire a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
