“This was an overnight stay after penguin parade as I did not want to drive straight back to Melbourne. The hotel-apartment was clean and right next to the harbour front / beach. Instructions on how to get into the apartment and where the key was were sent ahead of arrival and as described. As I arrived and left outwith the front desk’s opening hours, I did not have actual in person interaction with the team. Email communications were very clear. Will stay again if I am in Philip Island.”

“High recommend, very nice property. Feedback is that the lock box is in an awkward low position, especially when raining. There were no baking dishes/trays for the oven and only one standard sized and one small frying pan. The only tray available was the large slide tray similar to the racks. It was hard to keep food warm while trying to cook a family of 6 adults and 2 babies,”

“It was a good stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The property is very nostalgic for those who are from the 80s. May be quite a surprise for the new gen kids, but a good opportunity to explain of the age before the internet revolution. The room up the attic was a thrill for the kids.”

“Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.”

“The house was better in real life, it was clean & roomy with cute penguin knick knacks placed around. The host was very responsive to questions, it was in a fabulous walking distance to town and to top it off was pet friendly. We absolutely loved our time there. Thank you!”
