Perfect little spot!

This property had everything we needed! Great location to Castle Mountain for our ski trip. Comfy beds and enough space for everyone to have some down time. Will definitely be staying again!

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a week. It is a nice, clean house and had plenty of room for us. The host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely recommend this property.

There were some positives & negatives during our stay. We didn't receive our check-in info in a timely manner; the way I book our trips is through the laptop, so once we're on the road I don't have access to the laptop. After leaving a message on Expedia's message board the evening before arrival & leaving a phone message the next morning, I finally reached the host by text on the road trip down. The address listed is different than what it is now and because we couldn't see the laptop's message, it took a little while to find the home. Some wonderful locals helped us figure it out :-) Cowley is a little town situated along Hwy.3 with active train tracks at the back of the town. So with that comes "traffic" noise. We had to have the windows open because the air conditioner stopped working. I left a text message 4 days into our 9 day trip and never received a reply. It gets very hot in southern Alberta! Upon checking out the cleaning lady was made aware of the issue and apologized, so hopefully it'll be working properly for the next guest. The description says charming but the outside of the property is looking sad: the white picket fence is in need of some TLC. Also I was afraid to go on the deck, there are holes in it and mushrooms growing in a rotting area. The b-b-q works wonderfully and was clean. But there is no outdoor furniture to enjoy being outside. The kitchen is well equipped but missing steak knives. The front right stove element isn't getting to temp.

It was a nice property, it fot myself and 7 family members perfectly. They are generous and had coffee, tea and candy in the house. Check in was smooth and the host answered my questions I had before and during our stay which was amazing. The cleaner is also wonderful and helpful aswell!

Stephens home in Cowley was perfect for 7 of us, super cute house, very clean and very well stocked, short drive to Waterton, 10 km to Pincher Creek, we loved this place. very nicely furnished. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again

Convenient & lots of amenities

It was a convenient location to access a variety of surrounding sites (Castle Provincial Park, Crowsnest Pass, Waterton, etc.). There are three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, etc.

Nice place

Very clean! Lots of room. Lots of parking. Kitchen very well equipped. Big yard. Lots of towels and bedding. Good place to tour around from. We had 6 people staying here and that was perfect. I think that 10 people would be a stretch. The only things missing were a corkscrew and an iron. This accommodation was definitely 5/5. A family wedding brought us to the Pincher Creek area. The day trip to Castle Falls was a great adventure. Our grandchildren and myself loved jumping off the rocks into the cool water.

Beautiful little home within an hours drive in all directions to the tourist destinations we wanted to see. Plenty of bedding, space, kitchen appliances etc. Would highly recommend as a place to decompress and relax. The only thing from home I was missing was air conditioning, but the basement was comfortably cool if we needed to cool down. Thanks again, had a lovely visit. Rob, Ellen, and Alexa.
