Its very clean, however small details could be attended to, to make it greater. Clean around the outside needs to be attended to, weeding & clean up. Leaking shower & no toilet roll holder. Attend to these things & it would be fantastic, using little amount of money u would have a great result

Really lovely stay
This motel is a real gem. Well appointed with everything you need. It was really warm weather so we decided to eat in with some local takeaway. There are many food options only a short walk away. The rooms are exceptionally clean and also have access to a beautiful central pool/garden area. Highly recommend this motel, it was really lovely.

The family room was great for our needs. Kids loved the swimming pool. The room just needs an update (getting a bit old) but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

We were very impressed with the staff welcome on arrival and were given early access to our room to enable us to change for the occasion. While this customer service is not normally possible the receptionist bent over backwards and this gave us a real WOW! The room was very well presented and was larger than expected. Location to the river was a nice bonus. Rarely do I ever give a maximum rating! Well done. Maurie and Meryl.

I was not rude, or surly, firstly you booked the wrong type of room for your needs. I pointed this out to your partner on check-in. I was accused of discrimination late at night, when I was called to your room to show you how to unlock the door which was already unlocked and had only to turn door handle to get in. i then showed you the disabled access to that room retrieved a plastic chair and bid you have a good nights rest. what more can i say, I could see you was in pain but I didn't cause it, and I am deeply sorry you was unhappy with your stay with us.

Good value, situated in town centre. Only problem was door to bathroom wouldn't fully close otherwise the overnight stay was fine.

We had booked in and seen the shower was over a bath area. Wife has a disability and when we tried to swap rooms , we were told the motel was booked out. We were on site before two pm, and would have thought there would have been plenty of time for them to swap rooms for us. The solution of course is to look more carefully when booking initially. .

Thank you for your review. All rooms except the disability room (20) has a step down stoop. That had a guest inhouse that was staying a further 2 nights.Had we been aware of your requirement we could have advised this at the time of booking

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and tried nearly every Hotel on the first night to have a meal and drink without success. The Room was OK but needs an overhaul in my opinion. Staff were friendly and assisted with how to get to the Japanese Gardens the main reason for our stay. We also had some time for Breakfast at a Local Cafe before visiting the Information Centre to view and obtain some information on the Japanese WWII Internment Camp before heading off to the Japanese Gardens and this is a must for anyone that Visits Cowra.

This was a good value motel. Having the units lower than the road at facing at 90º to it reduced noise from traffic, including quite large logging trucks. It looks as though it was once a class above the rest of the area; but struggling a little now. Its restaurant is not currently functioning, which is a shame. Front desk staff were extremely informative and helpful.We didn't try the pool but it looked very clean, and we saw pool maintenance people attending. Rooms were not fully serviced each day. Bonus in a regional town having Netflix and Youtube available on TV.

Very helpful staff with recommendations for dinner and good coffee in town. Would have preferred to be able to have a sit down breakfast at the venue but they offered only breakfast packs to your room. Facilities a little tired but clean and tidy. Lovely central pool area to relax.
