“The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful. ”

“It was just the two of us and we were between this and a bigger cabin. This was plenty! Cute setting that is quiet but situated right across from the office and outdoor games so I imagine there could be noise or traffic. Found some really good pizza right down the street, among other stores. It rained one night so we sat on the covered porch, then enjoyed the sound over night.”

“We had a great stay at the Cottage. We were in town for the Total Archery Challenge and staying in Oak Hill was so convenient. We walked to two restaurants for dinner and the was a coffee shop just a block away. An out standing bowling alley was only a few minutes drive.
