“The check in was fast and friendly, the room is lovely, with a nice view. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below early in the morning and the church bells were regular throughout the night. The breakfast was a good amount but lukewarm spolt the vibe. The price we paid , i think was high for this standard.”

“Loved this hotel and its location. Stayed in the garden room which was great with a dog. Right behind the hotel were fields and a river where we enjoyed lovely walks with our dog. The owner, George, and staff were very helpful. We ate in the pub because of the dog which sometimes was noisy but a minor thing overall. Would definitely stay again. Cragside was very close well worth a visit. ”

“Stayed over for a night whilst travelling back from a trip to Scotland. A great B & B which I can’t recommend highly enough. From meeting Susan on arrival where she showed off our room. Whilst cosy, everything was pristine! A comfy bed and great breakfast the next morning topped off a great stay. Not forgetting the pub attached……where we had our evening meal and probably the best Beef and Ale pie we’ve ever had with great personal service too. “We stayed in The Chapel - it was breathtaking! Incredibly high standard of finishes, decor and furnishings. Modern and luxurious within the historic frame of the building and it's facinating history. Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. “Bertrams is a lovely place to stay in Warkworth. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
