“The bad thing about my stay was your cable.T v system is absolutely horrible for this day and age.There is so much available.We couldn't even get the chicago affiliate or the national a.B.C.Station very disappointing.The way your cable was set up in the room.You couldn't tell what was on what channels until you go through each of them.One by one, it really needs an upgrade.And also, whoever designed the bathroom, it is absolutely microscopic.You could barely get changed in there. “All public areas and room were very clean. The staff were nice, and the front desk clerk was very professional. (He just talked rather fast, so at times it was hard to understand everything that he was saying.) We didn’t do breakfast, apparently that’s part of what I didn’t understand, but that’s ok! We came down to check out & had time to get breakfast, but chose not to - we had to get home. Would definitely stay here again!”

The room was clean and very spacious but we did not like it overlooking the indoor pool as we had to keep our curtains closed all the time and turn on the lights during the day. I don’t understand why we were given this particular room when most of the hotel was empty during our stay. Also, on arriving the front desk insisted that they did not have our reservation.
