“Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in...

“Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Me Ghislaine (réception de l'hôtel de la Tza) qui nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement ainsi que les draps de lits et serviettes de bain. 1km plus loin et nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement 54 (2ème étage) de l'immeuble "le Panorama". Facile à trouver avec Maps. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous étions venus à Arolla il y a 4 ans mais il n'y avait pas de neige, alors que nous étions venus en novembre (du 25 au 30 à l'époque) également. Les...

“Der ganze Bestellprozess war einfach und auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist hilfsbereit. Das Chalet ist für eine sechsköpfige Familie perfekt. Einzig die Garage ist zu eng und kann nur mit kleineren Fahrzeugen benutzt werden.”

“Das Chalet ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man hat einen großartigen Blick ins Rhônetal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Es liegt am Nordhang, Ende Februar gibt es aber schon viel Sonne auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Anfahrt ist recht steil, unbedingt Ketten mitnehmen (wenn es schneit könnte man sie auch für die Abfahrt brauchen, 4WD nützt da nichts). Der Weg wurde aber, als wir plötzlich eingeschneit waren, täglich geräumt. Zu Fuss braucht man gut 10 Minuten hinab zur Tracouet...

“The location is beautiful and the house comes stocked with almost everything you could need. However, there is no wifi even though it was on the listing. When we raised this issue with the manager, she simply claimed that there was wifi despite us saying that there was no box in the house and no network available. If you need wifi don't come here. This dishonesty coupled with a general rudeness of the manager were the only issues with an otherwise great stay.”
