“Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada, ya que pagamos por un servicio que no obtuvimos, tal como se nos presentó. La reserva fue por un apartamento con cocina y sala de estar privadas y resultaron ser cocina y sala de estar compartidas. Esta circunstancia nos genero una incomodidad, ya que en ningún momento se indicó durante el proceso de compra. El personal de recepción intentó buscar una solución para hacernos la estancia más cómoda pero, ellos estaban limitados.”
