“I don’t often write reviews so bear with me,First off, the owner of the property was very communicative and kind throughout our correspondence. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The first-day instructions were incredibly easy to follow — we were checked in and ready to start our day in no time. The open-concept layout was really neat. The high ceilings and spacious rooms made the place feel huge. The new washer and dryer were an awesome amenity, and the very spacious walk-in shower with...

“The property itself was… average at best. There was a huge wet blueish green slime stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, along with broken slats on the blinds in multiple rooms. The fire pit was overflowing with ashes from the previous tenants. The pool had cardboard paper and dead bugs in it. And, the absolute most insulting part? We NEVER got instructions on how to turn the hot tub/pool system on. We wasted HOURS waiting on the “owner” to send the instructions so that we could turn...

Also cobwebs in the corners and on the ceilings. No blinds on the front dining room except paper ones and the showers were not stocked with soap. The host refunded us the cleaning fee when we shared these concerns which was appreciated. The location is also right next to a gas station on the highway which...

“Very nice secluded place for peace and quiet from city life. The place was well kept and everything worked as it should. The only thing that I can think of that was disappointing was not seeing any wild life. Still had a beautiful view of the stars at night. Beautiful sunrise as well. Great place to take your wife to get away from the kids for a few nights. ”

“Outstanding! Lori went above and beyond most hosts in my experience. Not a single detail overlooked.”

“This is a cute little home in a nice neighborhood. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that I had. I would definitely book again. Also the Zoo and Dr. Pepper Museum are just minutes away.”

“Very cozy. EXTREMELY clean. Very responsive host. ”

“We had a wonderful time. Location is central to all the things to do in Waco. The house was perfect, quaint, so beautiful. Would stay here again. It was clean, the host was so responsive.”
