The overall property was satisfactory, but this review is colored by the fact that after a long day, we came back to the property and had a significant problem getting the oven to work properly. The control panel display is dim to the point of inoperable. The controls are not very different from my home oven, so this was not operator error. Never could get the oven to heat above 360F, as far as I could tell. Needed 400, so dinner was 1-2 hours late. Also, the drain in the right hand sink in the large bath clogs up. More hangers and actual bar soap for showers would have been nice for the price we paid. I called the Property Manager the night after we discovered the oven problem which was the day we were planning to leave, so there is no excuse if this problem is not fixed before the next guest. Also note, Broken Arrow Property Mgmt sent me an email on 8/14 saying they had put a $300 hold on my Credit Card per the rental agreement. We left the property on 8/18. They said in that email that the hold would be released "We will release the hold as soon as we have had a chance to inspect the property after your departure." As of 2:45, 8/23, the $300 hold still shows up on my credit card transaction record. Is someone playing financial games??? UNACCEPTABLE, PERIOD. We left the property in clean and good shape.
