Cozy but small

Someone else posted that you need to like whoever you're staying with because it is small. We made the best of it and it was ok. The 2 negatives was no bathroom sink and not ice or freezer to store it.

Our family has stayed in many VRBO properties and this one surpassed all of them. From the branded household necessities to everything you need to cook and serve meals in the kitchen! I mean, there were even tampons and pads, just in case. While we bought our own toilet paper, this was the first time it wasn’t necessary. Trash bags were abundant, and everything in between. We were floored by how stocked this house was. The locale was great to drive to South Fork or Pagosa Springs.

House was very homey and accommodating. Even though it’s located in a subdivision it was very quiet. Also the house reminded me a lot of my mom how things were labeled and organized. More towels, wash cloths and laundry detergent would be helpful for a family of 7.

I messaged the rental company and someone was there within an hour. The grill had accidentally been locked in the shed. The house is nice and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Nice house but dated and awkward floor plan. Oven was extremely difficult to use. BBQ pit was out of propane or broke. We used our own charcoal after fighting BBQ pit. Check in and check out times are unusually late and early.

Oklahoma side by side crew

It was a great location. I loved being able to ride to the trails from the house. It had everything we needed and plenty of parking space for our trucks and trailers.

Great Property

We couldn’t have asked for a better property for a week long vacation in Creede! The house was stalked with everything we needed, great location, and clean and well kept! We will be booking this property again!

Creede House

The overall property was satisfactory, but this review is colored by the fact that after a long day, we came back to the property and had a significant problem getting the oven to work properly. The control panel display is dim to the point of inoperable. The controls are not very different from my home oven, so this was not operator error. Never could get the oven to heat above 360F, as far as I could tell. Needed 400, so dinner was 1-2 hours late. Also, the drain in the right hand sink in the large bath clogs up. More hangers and actual bar soap for showers would have been nice for the price we paid. I called the Property Manager the night after we discovered the oven problem which was the day we were planning to leave, so there is no excuse if this problem is not fixed before the next guest. Also note, Broken Arrow Property Mgmt sent me an email on 8/14 saying they had put a $300 hold on my Credit Card per the rental agreement. We left the property on 8/18. They said in that email that the hold would be released "We will release the hold as soon as we have had a chance to inspect the property after your departure." As of 2:45, 8/23, the $300 hold still shows up on my credit card transaction record. Is someone playing financial games??? UNACCEPTABLE, PERIOD. We left the property in clean and good shape.

Horn away from home

Enjoyed this house/property. Good location. Easy check in with key pad for unlocking house. Can drive ATV from house to town/trials. The house had everything to cook and clean with. Even did a load of laundry. It was perfect for our family.
