Perfect family holiday rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this awesome house! Had everything we look for in a holiday house ~ great deck with views bbq, large open plan kitchen/living and great fit out for bedroom configuration. Kids loved the two bunk rooms little kids space/extra living room. Easy walking distance to town/beach. We can’t wait to return!!

It was a lovely property with allThe basics provided, we loved having dinner on the large balcony watching the storms roll in. Only a few minutes walk to the shops and the beach. There was a few teethi h problems but Kathy ftom Elders assisted us, dropped around necessities and organised cleaners. Kathy was amazing and very accommodating. The Ckeaners did a great job and listened to what we needed to be attended to. Apart from that i could not fault the stay experience at Hampstead. The view from the top deck was my favourite thing about the house and the location is superb and within easy walking distance to all the coffee shops, pizza, bakery, country club and tavern.

Reviewer Comments: the house was very unclean ,damaged appliances ,kitchen and bathroom unclean and mouldy ,extremely dirty unusable bbq ,stained carpet ,stained old cushions and lounge setting ,old furniture,broken curtains and blinds - would not recommend to stay unless house is updated and refreshed

Another Great Stay at Hampstead

Perfect for Families

Thrilled with the property, it's offerings and it's location. House is well laid out for Families of all ages. The main loving area and view from the balcony made our stay truly enjoyable. We'll definitely be staying here again.

House was not cleaned

The house had not been cleaned from previous tenants. We had to be moved to a different smaller house because of this.

Great location

The property was in an amazing location, just a short walk to the shops and beach. The living space was fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay- there was plenty of room for everyone. The main bedroom is extremely noisy if anyone is upstairs above you, we had to buy earplugs so we could sleep but otherwise everything was perfect.

Great location

Hampstead has a great location in Crescent Head - it's an easy walk to the beach and shops. It has no backyard to speak of, but is a spacious house with two separate living areas. The upstairs living area is great - it has openable windows supplying lots of air and breezes in all directions, and has a good view. There is plenty of space for dining and lounging. Things that I would fix: - The bedrooms downstairs need ceiling fans - they get little airflow and are anyway too public to want to have the blinds open. - One room has a small double bed - avoid if over 190cm. The room is large, so why such a cramped bed? - The bathroom door will not stay shut. - The barbecue is just a large frying pan - no grill and no cover. Not good for steaks or roasts, but fine for sausages. - It would be nice to have a dishwasher - 8 people equals lots of dishes. Tip: put something heavy in the door of the freezer and it won't open silently whenever you close the fridge.
