Great location and Great Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great house in an awesome location, has everything my family of 6 needed. It was our second stay here and like the first it was super clean, the agents were easy to talk to and we would definitely stay again.

Good location, detached accommodation lacking

The main house was lovely, we had 8 guests but couldn’t have two guests stay in the detached accommodation (sleeps 2) due to the extremely musty and potentially mouldy smell, there was a dehumidifier provided but this just wasn’t going to help enough, the guests decided to leave.

Beautiful house in an unbeatbale location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. Pacific house is perfect for multiple families to stay in Crescent Head. The pool and seperate studio were welcome, and we loved the very short stroll into town or the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pacific House was the perfect location and home away from home for Christmas 2023. Beautifully appointed home and well equipped with all the little and important things. A stones throw from the bakery, coffee shop and Foodworks and a short stroll to the beach. The pool and sauna added to the relaxing laidback sounds of the ocean and smells of frangipani's in the garden.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful 6 days in a great property. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. We did move the upstairs Queen bed into the adjacent room which was bigger and had a wardrobe. We moved the two single beds into the room previously occupied by the Queen bed. The Mayer bed is huge but there is potentially a lack of privacy. Overall though we would definitely stay again. PS the pool was a big hit with the children

We originally had a booking error through a third party however they handled it well and arranged alternate accommodation with ease. It matched our criteria and we had a great experience!
