“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered. Next day we talked with the front desk to get our money back because I didn’t stay there he kept saying that the room they gave me it was under someone else’s name reservation. I’m still waiting for my money back! ”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable. We used the gym and the pool table downstairs. After a heavy rain some ants found their way in by the sliding glass door. The property managers had bug spray by our door within an hour. We would definately stay here again.”

“Our stay at PERFECT Condo Downtown was indeed pretty perfect! Aesthetically pleasing apartment, comfortable bed, and PERFECT location! We were able to use a very affordable garage for parking and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing slightly off was that the cleaners forgot to check the fridge and there were leftovers in it from previous customers. That being said, the rest of apartment appeared clean, so we just threw them away and continued to enjoy the place. ”

It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.”
