“Second time staying here, has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. complimentary bottles of water, spacious rooms, plenty of parking and a more then decent shower head are the highlights. We got in about half hour before check in time and the staff were nice enough to let us into the rooms after a long 4 hour drive to get there which was a nice bonus. Still wish they would invest in some black out curtains rather then the blinds they currently use but overall a very nice stay...

“ one of my key card bugged a little bit and i couldn't get in the room for few minutes. the shared shower was a bit iffy to look at the ground is old , otherwise the property is very nice and old victorian features ”

“Clean room and extremely helpful staff. We had an issue and needed to make some local calls. We didn’t have an Australian number, so the manager/owner let us use his phone. Made it extremely easy for us to make our needed calls. Thank you.”

“Very clean, neat little space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy check in / check out process. Short walks to Westfield shopping centre, restaurants and train/bus stations. Something to note: There is a blockout blind on the window but no privacy blind or curtain and my room was facing the street, so if I was in the room with the blind up, anyone walking past could see in.”

“We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. Thank you so much for surprising my son with a birthday cake—it truly made his day extra special. Before our arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor away from the noise, as my son loves staying on high floors, and I also asked if it would be possible to display a birthday message in the room. The hotel went above and beyond by surprising him with a birthday cake instead, which made him incredibly happy and excited. Thank you for helping...

“Really nice hotel, very big bed room, modern and clean,comfy bed. Liliana in the reception is very friendly,so very happy for that. However the day of check out, the Asian girl with glasses that was in the reception, was super rude. I checked out , instead of saying thanks or good bye, she said you got a a very cheap price for your room... She was very obnoxious in front of everyone. I not the one putting the prices of the rooms. Just because of that I was quite upset the whole day.”

“our stay was great, above a bistro and sport bar which was perfect for what we needed. good to see these venues always full of people and we didn't have to travel to fine a good meal. great staff and service, definitely stay again.”

“It’s a great hotel, very comfortable and clean and the staff were excellent. The 10pm building evacuation was not fun. Upside managed to get myself out of the room from bed to street in very quick time. The signage for evacuation whilst under pressure was not easy to follow. This the only area for improvement and why I’ve given an average rating.”
