The Space:

A 2-bedroom condo at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort — built for a family or two couples who want ski access without the car shuffle. Self check-in, elevator, private balcony with a straight-on view of Mt Crested Butte, and the lifts are 3 minutes out the door.

2 CONS:

✔ Both hot tubs are shared with the building — 4–6pm après can be busy. Indoor tub is usually quieter.

✔ No A/C — rarely needed at 9,375 ft, but south-facing rooms warm up midday in summer. Ceiling fans + open windows handle it.



Guest Access:

Full private access to the 2-bedroom condo. Self check-in via smart lock — code delivered the morning of arrival through our digital guidebook. Elevator to the unit — no stairs.

The Neighborhood:

You're in Mt Crested Butte — the ski village at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The Plaza sits at the center of the base area: lifts, après-ski restaurants, coffee shops, and gear rentals all within a 5-minute walk. Mountaineer Square is a 2-minute walk.



In summer, the village turns into a mountain-biking and hiking hub with chairlift-accessed singletrack. Crested Butte is Colorado's official Wildflower Capital, and the Wildflower Festival runs every July.



Historic downtown Crested Butte is 3 miles down-valley. Elk Avenue's preserved Victorian main street has some of the best small-town dining in Colorado — Secret Stash pizza, Sunflower, Soupçon, Brick Oven — plus galleries, bars, and the free Mountain Express shuttle from the village.

Most guests bring a car — covered parking for 2 vehicles is included with this unit. But a car is not required to ski: the Red Lady Express lift is a 3-minute walk, and base-area restaurants, ski school, and rentals are within walking distance.



For trips to historic downtown Crested Butte (3 miles south), the free Mountain Express town shuttle stops at the building every 15 minutes from early morning to late evening during winter season.
