  • Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. Everything about the rental experience was excellent from the parking (nice dedicated spot) to the apartment amenities (comfortable beds, bath/shower, supplies). Location was best we have had in downtown Crested Butte. Very quiet area and neighborhood even though we were only a block from Elk Street. Would definitely return and prior reviews are pretty much spot on.

I have been coming to Credted Butte for over 6 years this is the gem I was looking for and to add to it the hosts are incredibly nice I do recommend this site however I don’t want it to get booked to much I want to stay here more

Perfect location

Loved the location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The rental had everything you need for a great stay and it was super clean. The deck was a great place to sit and relax. Id stay again.

Our stay was perfect, relaxing comfortable. A very well kept rental, centerally located in CB. Grounds provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, just sit outdoors and enjoy the cool air. No complaints and would definitely stay again if travels take us back.
