  • Welcome to Snowcrest #22 (STR 303048) in Mt Crested Butte, Colorado. Crested Butte has been rated as the "last great Ski Town in Colorado and is the perfect destination for skiing, mountain biking, and various other outdoor activities. Aside from all the outdoor activities, Crested Butte has some of the best dining, and as "foodies" we strongly endorse the restaurants in this quaint mountain town.

    Our condo is the perfect location for families, couples and anyone hoping to stay close to the ski lifts without the ski-in/ski-out prices. Just a short walk (less than 150 yards) to the lifts, shops and restaurants in the heart of the base area over a private footbridge. The unit is fully furnished with all you and your family/friends could possibly need for a great mountain vacation.

    Here are just a few awesome things about our condo:
    -Our condo is less than 150 yards across a private footbridge to the base of Mt. Crested Butte and the free shuttle to everywhere in town.
    - A 10-person hot tub is only a few steps from our front door.
    - We have one of, if not the, best views of Mt. Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain from our porch!
    -Our condo's decor. With vaulted ceilings, new floors, granite countertops, 3 bedrooms complete with brand new furniture, and 2 full bathrooms,
    -Fireplace and freshly stocked wood for every renter!
    -TV"s with DVD player and Spectrum Cable In the Living Room and in Each bedroom along with Netflix.
    -Brand New Krups Coffee Pot.
    -Luxurious bath robes for (4).
    -Walking distance to restaurants, and bars.
    -Two-bed loft. Great for the kids to escape for peace and quiet for the adults.
    - Please be aware that there are alot of stairs to get to the unit from the parking lot as well as in the unit. If you have any mobility issues this unit may not be for you.
    - Seasonal hot tub closures. April 5th-May 25 and October 1st- Nov 23rd.

This property had all the supplies and amenities you could need. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked which was so nice! We had a wonderful stay, the condo was close to Mt Crested Butte restaurants and ski resort. The Crested Butte town and Gunnison bus stops were just a quick walk from the condo, which made getting around town very easy. The owner was very easy to reach and responsive to all my questions, even going as far to recommend places to hike/fish. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This is a great property extremely close to the lifts. We enjoyed it the views and the cozy fireplace. It was also fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials which was great. Would highly recommend booking this!

We enjoyed the beautiful condo with an amazing view from the porch. The only thing that I’m not sure I read about before we got there were the steep steps up and down to get to the condo. It’s very difficult to do with luggage if you’re older and not acclimated to the high altitude. Luckily, we had our 22-year- old son who helped us with luggage. Overall, though, it was a really nice accommodation.

Fantastic place to stay

We visited in the fall. The views from the place were fantastic as shown in the pictures. Firewood was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is wonderful! Very cozy. Very well stocked. Location is perfect! Just across the street from great food options and live music several nights/wk.Really don’t need your vehicle much at all. Catch the local bus to anywhere downtown for shopping/drinks/ & restaurants.Blake’s representative was just great! Very prompt and helpful above and beyond. Can’t wait to get back!

Excellent Stay

We have stayed in a couple of places in Crested Butte, including one of these exact townhomes a few doors down. This one is nicer equipped than that one and very conveniently located to the lifts. This is an excellent stay option in crested butte. We even left something behind and the owner mailed it to us within a week.

Amazing location

The completely flat walk to the slopes could not have been easier, just across the pedestrian bridge. The bathroom remodel was very nice and the place was equipped for entertaining with a nice view of Crested Butte.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. After hiking every morning, I loved sitting out in the small patio and soaking in the view if the mountain. It’s a short walk to the town shuttle which was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing you really have to be aware of are the steps. You have to go down about 50 steps to reach this unit which can be a bit much if you have a lot of luggage or gear.

Fantastic property

The property is as advertised! Well equipped kitchen, great views, easy proximity to the lifts. Property is clean and modern with a few extra bells and whistles (glove dryer, working fireplace and stock of wood, etc). Hosts are *very* quick to respond! Five stars!

This is a wonderful condo with an amazing view of Mt Crested Butte. We stayed for 4th of July, but because of the drought there were no fireworks this year. It would have been amazing from the back porch to see. The bridge is in close proximity to get over to the bus that takes you down to Main Street and over to restaurants. We didn't cook, but looked like the kitchen was well stocked. All the other reviews regarding the stairs is a true statement. It was difficult even for us who are pretty healthy and fit. If you have a lot of luggage or coolers, it is quite the experience. We did meet the neighbors next door who had a key to the back of the unit where they were able to unload, but we were told that key is not for renters. That would have been a game changer to be able to do that. Blake did respond when emailing him, however the phone number to call him is incorrect in the VRBO email that was sent to me. So I wasn't able to contact him by phone only email which did take longer. Overall, we had the best time in the wonderful Butte.

Great location

Really great location near the slopes / bus with fantastic views of the mountains. Spacious and updated condo. The 4+ outside flights if stairs leading down to the unit could be changing for some. We will stay in the same unit again if we return to Crested Butte.

Great location

The place is just across the street from Mt. Crested Butte. Excellent views and location for the price. Like other reviews, there are many flights of stairs to get to the condo, and then another set once you are inside. Other than that, amazing and cool place. Unfortunately the bridge was under construction, so we could not use it to get to the base.

Lovely views but... stairs

We enjoyed our stay at Snowcrest, particularly the big windows and big views. It was also nice to be so close to the bridge for coffee and mountain access. It was also very clean and well-stocked. The downside here is the 46 steps down from the parking lot and back up. That made loading the car tough and would be hard for any mobility-challenged members of your group. We lucked out that my elderly mom wasn't joining us this year. But if you're a sporty CB visitor, it's probably fine! Pro tip: Bring grippy socks or slippers so you don't slip on the indoor stairs.
