Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is well equipped and comfortable with lots of little extras that really make it a home away from home. The views are absolutely spectacular. It was the perfect spot for our family.

Cozy condo!

We had a great stay! There was so much detail put into this condo, it made you feel right at home. Very clean and comfortable with amazing views. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back to beautiful Crested Butte and stay here again.

A beautiful getaway

We absolutely loved the property and location! We went fishing, biked all over the neighborhood and to town, hiked and went to the fish hatchery. This property was located in a great location and had the most wonderful views!

Beautiful retreat close to town

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Slate River Retreat. Exactly like - or even better - than advertised. Very cozy space that is a short drive, bike or jog to town. Loved it!

Perfect Condo in Crested Butte

Excellent advance communication from property management. Easy keyless check-in. The condo was very nice, spotless, and had everything needed for our fun vacation in Crested Butte! We highly recommend this rental! vacation.

Convenient, clean, classy, and well-appointed

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the condo and cozying in each night after difficult hikes. The condo was very clean and cozy, and was convenient to town. It was updated and so tastefully decorated; and it had everything we needed — it was clear the owners thoughtfully considered every detail.

Great Stay!

The condo exceeded our expectations. It had all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated. The views of the mountain were incredible. Especially enjoyed late afternoon relaxing on the balcony. We’ll be back!

Excellent Crested Butte Stay

This is an excellent and recently remodeled two bedroom condo. It was beautiful, in a great location close to downtown CB, and well equipment with kitchen/linen supplies! It was an easy check in and check out. We had no issues. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone and would love to come back!

Perfect condo

The condo is nice- pleasant deck, nicely appointed and enough kitchen that we didn’t have to always eat out. The week we were there the aspen were beginning to turn and the views were awesome. We did have one issue with cleaning, but management was prompt and took care of it

LOVE!!

We absolutely LOVED the Slate River Retreat!! Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably for a week and will absolutely stay there again. The condo has been beautifully remodeled, and the space is laid out really well. There was plenty of storage for food and clothing and we were very thankful for the full sized washer and dryer. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed biking the trail into town each morning so that our kids could play at the parks. I have already and will continue to recommend the Slate River Retreat to anyone I know that is planning a visit to CB.

The bedroom with the twin beds was dirty as well as the towels. The towels in the new room smelled bad as well. The rest was fine. Maybe have coffee available.

One of our best Vrbo experiences!

The owners of this condo are obviously putting a lot of effort into thinking about every detail - a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, very nice bathrooms…it is a great location with Mountain View’s everywhere, amazing hikes nearby and very convenient to town. The condo was very clean! The only things I would change to make it perfect - pillows are ok but go for great to match the rest of the experience. Also, a lot of light comes through the transom windows in the bedroom at night when the moon is out (granted, we had the super-moon while we were there which was also wonderful!) and it would be great to have the option to pull a shade over them for better sleep.
