Ski Trip

Great house about a 10 minute walk to the lift (max). Perfect for a big group looking to enjoy the outdoors.

Ski retreat with friends

The house is very nicely located at walking distance from the main ski lifts. The access to a ski locker right by the ski lift is also very very convenient. The house has a nice floor plan and is nicely equipped and is exactly as described. The external hot tub with a view on the mountain is great. All in all this is a very nice place for ski vacations with friends or family.

Very Nice Property

Really enjoyed our stay in this property for July 4th. The house is walking distance to the base. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our extended family. Expect to use it again soon!

Awesome rental for large group ski trip!

Super close to the mountain-- 5 minute walk to base. Great living space and kitchen area with awesome views. Nice bedrooms with en suite baths. Ski locker extremely convenient! Easy check in and out.

Great Place and Close to Skiing

Our group of guys loved staying here. Lots of twin beds which is great as everyone gets to sleep alone. The house was very nice with beautiful views. Walking to the lift was easy in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation spot for the family

Property was perfect for our large family christmas vacation. Close enough to walk to the slopes and the house had everything we needed. Management answered a service call on christmas day for a minor issue. Great service and will definitely be back!

Great location

We had a wonderful time at this home. We were 14 people. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was great. We loved the location as we were able to walk to her base for skiing and the locker that comes with the home was great to have. We’d rent here again for sure!

Beautiful House!

This house was perfect for the bachelor party I was hosting in the mountains. The rooms have a lot of twin beds, so this was nice because it enabled our big group not to have to share beds. The house was clean when we arrived, and the hot tub was a lot of fun. Crested Butte was a really fun time to hang out in, and the views from the deck were amazing.

Beautiful home

Great view, great location. Quick walk to the lifts. Plenty of room for our two families to spread out. Issue with washer was handled quickly and they had maintenance over within the hour. Beds & pillows however were not comfortable as they were hard and pillows were very flat. We would stay here again but would bring own pillows and bedding to go on top of mattress. Overall we enjoyed it here!

Perfection!

This home was absolute perfection. We were a group of 6 couples (away for the long weekend without kids!) and we each said the property couldn’t have been better. We each had our own room and bathroom (important!). The location has to be the best available and the views couldn’t have been more amazing! The hot tub and sauna were fantastic. The house was only a short and easy stroll to ski or shop or catch the bus to Elk Ave. The property management company was extremely flexible, helpful and easy to work with. We couldn’t have been happier...thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us!!

Great location, added apartment was helpful.

6 adults and 6 children for ski vacation in CB. It was a little tight without the apartment, but the older kids hung out in the apartment each evening and let us spread out. Close to resort, walkable with snow boots. Rooms are a little smaller than pics suggest but Great Room is perfect. Lots of storage space, double dishwasher and loads of dishes/cups. Make sure you fill our form to get ski locker. We forgot and don’t get it until last day!

Fantastic home, very clean and spacious

What a fantastic vacation! We had a group of 7 guys in their 40's who wanted to get away from the grind and experience all Colorado had to offer. The house is clean, spacious, and fantastic. We had plenty of room in the house, we were all very comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We made breakfasts and dinners in the home and didn't need anything. We saw lots of wildlife right next to the house. We spent our days hiking, ATV-ing, and hitting up downtown Crested Butte for delicious food and drinks. The check out process was super easy, too. Just turn on the dishwasher, put the trash in the bin, and lock up. This was a welcome change from lots of properties that require you to practically scrub the house before you go. All in all, a great house in one of the best cities in the Rockies. Highly recommended!

Perfect home for skiers!

My husband, two children, and my parents truly enjoyed our stay in this home! It's a 10 min walk to the ski lift. We valeted our skis near the lift (a free service to us since we rented through the Epic website) and there were lockers available for rent to hold our shoes for while we skied. The kids loved using the sled in the garage to go down the small hill right outside the house. The home was very clean with plenty of towels. The fireplace was lovely and we cooked all our meals at home in the well-stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was perfect to accommodate our family of four and the grandparents. Plenty of room for all of us. The amazing views, heated floors, fireplace, and private hot tub was a bonus! The only downside was having to stop at an office outside of town to pick up and return the keys. A lockbox with the key would have been much more convenient. Thank you for wonderful accommodations during our trip. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Great Mountain House Close to Base

This house was terrific for our large group. It was conveniently located and a short walk to the base of the mountain. Very clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars are the following. 1. No hair dryers or humidifiers were supplied with the house (even after multiple requests before arriving.) 2. Due to the large size of the house and the number of bedrooms there should be more dishes, plates, glasses and coffee cups. We were constantly running the dishwasher. Also the pots and pans are worn and in bad shape. 3. More towels would have been good each bathroom was only supplied with two sets of towels. 4. Only 2 sets of keys were given. We had nine adults and we were not always together. More keys or a lock box would be ideal.
