“Abbiamo passato 3 gg veramente perfetti in questo appartamento davvero molto carino e spazioso in cui non mancava nulla,con una camera decisamente spaziosa e un soggiorno con cucina altrettanto grandi e in perfetto stile rustico rimesso a nuovo. E poi che dire dello spazio esterno e soprattutto della gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario Alessio,che ha fatto di tutto x farci stare al meglio,con un ottimo barbecue compreso!Ci torneremo di sicuro,posto assolutamente consigliato!!! Check in war gut, Antonio der die Übergabe der Schlüssel und die Erläuterung zum Appartement machte sprach leider nur italienisch, aber er war sehr freundlich und mit Händen und Füßen funktionierte es gut. Das Apartment war wirklich sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. “Very comfortable villa in a lovely location but be prepared to drive to local amenities. Well maintained with discreet daily outdoor and pool maintenance. Additional fees for sauna use was a surprise as was the lack of essential supplies like dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels, dish cloths. But in general, the kitchen and dining room was well equipped with ample cookware and service ware for ten people. The views are exceptional and there are many towns and villages within an hours...

“The 180 degree view of the Tuscan countryside was worth the price all by itself. Franny was an accommodating and knowledgeable host. She worked to find a variety of shops and services for us. I would recommend this listing to anyone that can climb 3 flights of stairs, there is no elevator, but pays for the view. Two suites, modern bathrooms and kitchen. The wine that one could get in the room was priced fairly and quite good.”
