BEDROOMS: The beds in one of the bedrooms can be configured as you like, either as a Superking bed or as 2 x single beds.
LIVING AREAS: The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a good sized sofa and comfy chair, a SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS: The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The large kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Crewe. There is an electric hob, single oven, double fridge freezer, microwave & washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There is 1.5 bathrooms in the property. The family bathroom features a large walk in shower, toilet and sink basin. The downstairs WC features a toilet and sink only.
PARKING:
You can park on the driveway for free. Additionally, free on-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Neighborhood:
Close to the rural gems of the Peak District and North Wales, the Cheshire town of Crewe is ideally placed for city workers being just 35 miles south of Manchester and less than 50 miles from Liverpool. Indeed, Crewe was ranked the best place to live in the UK outside of London by Property Week as recently as 2016. From fabulous art exhibitions at the City Art Gallery, discovering the city’s history at the Museums and Garden to seeing chart-topping bands, whatever your mood, Crewe has an attraction or activity to delight your senses.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Crewe Centre, as with any town, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can sometimes be a struggle. Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions. There is also a great taxi service depending on where you'd like to go in Crewe or if you'd like to go further afield.

*No Parties or Events Allowed
This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £114 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver
We require either:
A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)

We can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm. If your arrival is scheduled for outside of these hours, please let us know prior to arrival so we can ensure the keys are collected and the property is accessible for you.
