    Introducing Lilac Cottage by 53 Degrees Property. This unique, one-of-a-kind cottage is the perfect retreat for family and friends looking to escape for a countryside getaway in the stunning Cheshire countryside!



    The Cottage is perfect for groups and can sleep up to 5 guests. In addition to the 40-inch Smart TV in the lounge area, the cottage also benefits from an incredible amount of space, a log cabin in the back garden, a log burner, Free Wifi, parking for 2+ cars and much more!

    LIVING AREAS:

    The cottage benefits from a large living space equipped with comfortable sofas, a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix, and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evening after a long day exploring the countryside.



    DINING AREAS:

    The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening with family and friends.



    KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:

    The large family kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in the countryside. There is an electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, washing machine & dryer. The farmhouse-style kitchen also benefits from a kitchen table with 4 chairs.



    BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

    There are 2 bathrooms at the cottage. The first is a full family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The second is an en-suite bathroom located off the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and plenty of storage. There is also a WC located downstairs.



    PARKING:

    The barn benefits from FREE parking on the private driveway with parking for more than 2 cars.



    All 53 Degrees Property Holiday lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. Not only this, we offer a clean workspace and free Wi-Fi for your entire stay. So if you are travelling and need to do business whilst staying with us. We have the perfect environment for you.

    The Neighborhood:

    Audlem is a charming and historic village located in the Cheshire county of England. It is known for its well-preserved 16th-century buildings, beautiful traditional architecture, and its picturesque setting along the Shropshire Union Canal.



    The village centre is dotted with independent shops, pubs, and cafes, making it a popular destination for shopping and dining. There are also several parks and open spaces in the area, including the Audlem Wharf and the surrounding countryside, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.



    Local tourist attractions include the Audlem Mill, where visitors can explore the craft shop and learn about the history of the canal. The Overwater Marina offers boat hire and fishing opportunities, perfect for a day out on the water. For a touch of history, families can visit the nearby Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker, a fascinating Cold War museum.

    The best way to get around is by foot or by car. The cottage is in the middle of the countryside so if you are looking to go further afield on a day trip then a car is the perfect transport. Alternatively, you can explore the beautiful surroundings on foot.



    Other Things to Note:

    HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



    *No Parties or Events Allowed

    This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



    *Quiet Hours After 10PM

    This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



    *No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

    Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



    *Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

    Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



    *Stays Over 10 Nights

    Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £100 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.





    *Online Check-In Required

    To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



    *Check-In/Out Policy

    Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

    Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



    *Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

    We require either:

    A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

    A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)



    *Pet Restrictions

    Pets are allowed to stay for a standard fee of £100 per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs OR 1 cat.

    Any questions or queries, the 53 Degrees Property team are always happy to help.



    We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.



    We can be contacted via Airbnb or by email & phone between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm.



    If your arrival is scheduled for outside of these hours, please let us know prior to arrival so we can ensure the keys are collected and the property is accessible for you.
