Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Cricqueville-en-Bessin, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 37 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool, heated from mid-May to September/October depending on the weather, with a protective cover and measuring 6.50 x 3.20 x 1.50 metres.
- A lovely enclosed private garden of 1,000 m² facing south/west + terrace adjoining the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Pointe du Hoc, near the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant and gastronomic environment, close to Isigny sur mer. On the route of the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4, it is comfortable and functional for a historic and relaxing stopover gîte. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and water sports...

- In spring: the book fair at the beginning of May, the Grand Carnaval in Grandcamp-Maisy and the hiking festival in Montfiquet.
- In June: the DDAY commemorations and festivities: events to celebrate 06 June 1944.
- Summer: July: festyplage at Grandcamp. 15 August: fête de la mer at Grandcamp: a wonderful celebration of sailors and the marinière.
- Rétro bessin in July: large gathering of vintage vehicles at Tour en Bessin.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden courtyard, which can accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles and has a specific electric car socket.
