“This place is fantastic! All the space you could need inside and out. Stunning views, extremely comfy beds & an amazing host as well!! We stayed here for 7 nights, it was hot& humid! The Aircon was definitely needed. We sat on the screened porch, relaxed down on the dock & we swam in the river! Can't recommend it enough! Due to the steepness of the site, definitely not suitable for those with mobility issues though. But without the steepness it wouldn't be so much fun!!”

“We had a tree fall through our house and desperately needed somewhere to stay while moving our things out and into a new place. Tania was amazing every step of the way. After a hiccup at check in (which was no fault of her own) she bought us groceries for the inconvenience. She was so kind, the property had everything we needed, and it’s an adorable house. “We were overall satisfied with the property and the communication with property management. It started off a bit rocky. We drove 10.5 hours from Maryland and didn't get to check in till over an hour after regular check in time. We were happy to find out that property manager was fixing an issue with the plumbing and finishing touches to make the place ready. “Family of 6 in town for a 5 day Perfect Game baseball tournament. House was in a nice area with many things within walking distance. House was close enough to the interstate and highway, takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get to I-459 or Hwy 280.Baseball Tournament - The house seems to be centrally located to most fields. We were about 20 minutes from the Hoover Met. The furthest drive was north of Birmingham to Gardendale and it took 30 minutes (8 am start time).”
