“Needed a place with fenced in yard for our dogs while we came down for the IndyCar race. Place was very clean and had plenty of complimentary items to sustain us through weekend - the coffee was a life saver. Great communication with the manager as well because VRBO’s messaging went down and I couldn’t retrieve the code to the door. Host was quick to respond and email me the code since I couldn’t retrieve it off VRBO. All good. ”

“I would not stay at this property again. The house was advertised to sleep 12, but that’s not realistic. We had 10 people, and it only worked because several shared beds. The pull‑out couch had only a bottom sheet and there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the house, so it wasn’t usable. None of the beds had top sheets, and I wasn’t confident the blankets were washed. We also found an acrylic nail in one of the beds.The house was only surface‑cleaned. Bathrooms were wiped down but...

“Location was perfect for my meetings. Close to Publix, nice shopping areas & restaurants. Very quiet. House was clean. Bed was comfortable. My only comment, which is really more of a heads up, is to stop at Publix (5 min drive) on your way in and get all your paper products and coffee items. Kitchen and bathrooms weren’t well stocked for a five night stay. ”
