Our family of seven (4 adults, 3 kids ages 15, 6, and 3) spent four wonderful nights at this Pine Lake cabin and loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had dinnerware, kids’ plates/cups, small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, waffle maker, slow cooker, blender, etc.), filtered water, and storage containers. We had seating for all at the indoor table, plus outdoor seating, a kids’ table, and a highchair. Bedrooms were comfortable with extra bedding, AC, fans, and a pack-n-play. The bathroom had toiletries and plenty of bath and beach towels. Games and children’s books kept everyone entertained. The backyard was the highlight—shade trees, a sandy beach with gentle entry, and a weed roller that made swimming so enjoyable. The kids fished from the dock daily, catching bass, sunfish, and more. We spotted turtles, frogs, and even a bull snake! Water toys (paddle board, tubes, floaties, sand toys) were provided, saving us packing space. The cabin is minutes from Crosslake, where we enjoyed mini golf, ice cream, and walks to the Pine River dam.The host was exceptional—quick to respond—and the neighbor, Scott, was friendly and helpful. We made wonderful memories here and highly recommend this cabin! Note: It’s on Pine Lake near Crosslake, MN, not Big or Little Pine near Perham.
