“The hosts were very kind and the property was indeed beautiful. The guesthouse was immaculately clean and had so many thoughtful amenities. The sofa bed was definitely not the most comfortable, however it's a sofabed and I'm not sure there's one in existence that's actually suitable for sleep when you're no longer a teenager. The neighborhood was definitely peaceful and out of the way, which is what we wanted. I definitely feel like the space is more suited to people who won't spend much time...

“Overall...it met our needs (a keurig, comfortable bed and grassy areas and the price was right). The bathroom still has a very bad soft spot, also you have to step up to the bathroom. Lots of grassy area for the pets. The location was easy to find and only a short distance to downtown Knoxville (several ways to get there). Thank you for sharing your place and accepting pets.”
