La Maison de Landa – Conservatory and Large Garden

We would be delighted to welcome you to our family home, situated in the heart of the peninsula, just 5 minutes from the centre of Crozon.

You’ll find yourself in a peaceful, green haven.

Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or your pet, come and recharge your batteries in our spacious, light-filled home, complete with a lovely veranda and large grounds.

Its location is perfect for exploring the treasures of the peninsula: beaches, footpaths, cycle routes, water sports...

We can accommodate one additional guest (on a sofa bed in the mezzanine) upon special request.

Our Maison de Landa is spacious, bright, cheerful and colourful!

We’ve kitted it out well, without any unnecessary frills, so that you feel just as at home here as we do: just like you’re at home! Come along with your family, with young children, with friends, or in small groups looking for a bit of peace and quiet.

It’s situated in the countryside around Landaoudec, in the heart of the Peninsula’s nature reserve, in a peaceful setting.

You’ll be just a 5-minute drive from the shops and centre of Crozon, a 15-minute drive from the main beaches (Morgat, l’Aber…), and you can cycle to the more secluded beaches and spots around the bay (cycle path nearby). For walkers and trail runners, there are plenty of paths in the immediate vicinity.

In front of the house, the private tarmac car park can accommodate several vehicles and allows children to play safely without worrying about the road.

At the rear, with no overlooking neighbours, you will find a large meadow, the part adjoining the house being a tree-lined lawn. An outdoor terrace with a barbecue will welcome you on lovely summer evenings.

On the ground floor, all on one level:

a cosy living room (with a large-screen TV; no Wi-Fi, but good mobile network reception);
a well-equipped kitchen-diner;
a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a fitted wardrobe;
a shower room;
a separate toilet;
a large veranda furnished for dining and relaxing under the beautiful light of the Breton skies;
a garage for storing your equipment, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs:

a wide staircase leads to a spacious mezzanine converted into a sitting area (including a sofa that converts into a 120cm bed for special requests), children’s furniture, and various items (travel cot, high chair, iron and ironing board, clothes horse);
a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and plenty of cupboard space;
a third bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe space;
a large bathroom (shower, bath, two washbasins, toilet, storage).

Guests have access to the entire property (except for a very small veranda which we use as a storage area)

Non-smoking house and veranda.

We love animals; yours is welcome (upon request) and can run around in the large meadow. We naturally count on you to ensure there is no fouling of the lawn or surrounding areas. Please take care of the furniture (sofas and beds).

The key box will allow you to enter independently and avoid losing the keys. You will be liable for any lost keys.
