“This place is fantastic. So much to do in the house with foosball, ping pong, giant jenga and more. The sliding dock makes putting in the kayaks so easy, and you are just a few quick rows to an emu farm. Great place and would definitely recommend.”

“This property is private, serene, and offers convenient access to surrounding fishing. Our 14’ jon boat was a bit too big for the on property launch, but navigated the canals with ease. We launched at the nearby public boat ramp and moored to the dock at the property during our stay. The home was very comfortable and I particularly appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Thank you for creating the perfect space for a our weekend birthday getaway!”

“Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️”

“Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay.”
