  • Locally this location has been chosen as one of the best private on the water locations on the nature coast . It is a quiet retreat and perfect spot to view the sunrise , sunset , birds , manatees , dolphins and rest in a peaceful and romantic setting .Bring your own toys and use our dock , kayaks and bikes .Enjoy quiet walks , visit our local beach, golf , fishing or just plain relaxing in our hammock right over our small waterfall pond .There is also local parks and hiking nearby .

I can't say enough good things about the property-clean, relaxing, beautiful home and surroundings. There were lots of great things to do in the area, and we took advantage of a lot of them. It was the perfect place for us to unwind for the week, thanks!

Great spot to visit Crystal River

Had a great time scalloping, fishing and visiting the springs. Great spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Beautiful and peaceful!

We had a nice and relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The views are awesome and it’s so peaceful right on the water. We loved all of the porches, great to have the screened options to keep at least some of the bugs away! The kayaks and bikes are a nice touch as well.

Great vacation getaway!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this hideaway oasis. We enjoyed the kayaks and the view from the top deck is amazing. A must see and stay at this wonderful house. Anita and Pat the owners were very nice and replied quickly to any questions we had.

Birthday Weekend

This was a perfect place to get away for a few days for my birthday weekend. The home was very clean and exactly as described. I brought my own paddle board but there are 3 kayaks available to use which is amazing. It is right on the water and so peaceful. When i needed something, the owners were super responsive and even stopped by to help out. I would definitely recommend this property for your next getaway. Thank you again Anita and Pat!

Wonderful location!

The view is unrivaled, with amazing sunrises and lots of wildlife. The house has everything you need and more, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m sure I’ll be back. My whole family had a great time.

We stayed at the house for my sons 12th birthday and couldn’t be happier with the place we chose! The sunsets are amazing and we caught fish and crabs off the dock all week. We are planning to return to Crystal river soon and I don’t need search for another place to stay.

Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is outstanding. House is very comfortable and private. Communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed fishing,taking in nature and the local restaurants. Highly recommend Anita’s Nature Coast if you are looking for a great place in the Crystal River area.

Beautiful scenery

Our first morning we were greeted by a spectacular show of 3 dolphins jumping and flipping right out in front of dock. Anita and Pat are lovely hosts and available for anything we needed. We very much enjoyed paddling around the area with the kayaks. Great vacation!

Lovely Spot

A great place to relax. Close to town and to Shrimp Landing Seafood where we got take out a number of times (try the fish tacos). The wonderful screened in porch was where we spent most of our time. Anita was very gracious and helpful.

Second time was just as good as the first.

Second time booking this property. We enjoy everything this property offers. The views are stunning. We spent a lot of time on the deck taking in those views and visiting with family. When it’s time to go fishing, the dock is just a few feet from the house. Very short boat ride out to where we like to fish. House is comfortable and well appointed. The owners are super nice and very responsive. Highly recommend this property!

Nature Coast Hideaway

Terrific place on the marshlands! We had great birding, kayaking and fishing. This was our second visit here and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week plus stay. Fabulous sunsets and sunrises and a very comfortable home. Crystal River is a fun town to visit and walk around. Three Sisters Spring was loaded with manatees. Really great!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Pat and Anita are excellent hosts. They were very helpful with any questions we had, including where to do the best hikes. The view of the marsh from the screened in porch was spectacular and included glorious sunrises and plenty of birds. We would love to come back!
