  • This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great in the showers. The pier where we doctor boat was very convenient nice deep water, beautiful springs and a beautiful view.

Excellent Crystal River Location

Very clean "Florida" home, love the terrazzo floors and coral fireplace and being on the water so close to the boat ramp is a plus. Easy check in and we were very comfortable there.

The property is in a perfect location for us with a beautiful canal ride to the river and gulf. Great water views from the living room, Florida room, and one of the bedrooms. Mrs. June was the kindest person us and we thank you for our stay. We definitely would stay again.
