  • Incredible views right from your own deck! Bring your water toys, book or bike.  There is a shallow water boat dock limited to 23' length, including motor, swim platforms, etc. and parking for your boat trailer. Docking is on a first come, first served basis.   Perfect location for boating, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, bird watching or just relaxing at the pool or spending a day at the beach, only a few miles away.   Located on a canal between Salt River and Crystal River, you will experience unobstructed views of marsh and estuaries.  Walking distance to Twin Rivers Marina.  There are many walking trails and Great Florida Birding Trails nearby.   Don’t forget your binoculars!
    The condos are built on stilts and connected by boardwalks on a tidal marsh. Lots of windows give you opportunities to view marsh and coastal birds.
    Sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Great little spot! We really enjoyed being so close to nature. The marina is within walking distance and the sunset down at the park beach is beautiful! The house was super clean and very comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a beautiful property. Neat, clean and great location. We attended the Manatee Festival in Crystal River and couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. The host was informative and easy to communicate with as well. Will definitely come again!

Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed this location. It’s beautiful and peaceful with great access to Twin Rivers, and the fort island beach. The property was clean and had all the amenities to make for a good trip.

Perfect oasis for two. The view from the living room feels like you are camping and the room feels like you get to sleep under the stars. A great place to unwind. The updated kitchen had the extras of utensils and equipment ( food processor, blender, toaster, etc ) and spices and containers. A nice relaxing getaway close to outdoor adventures. Plus the hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with, they really made our stay a great one!

We had a nice stay and the unit was clean. Everything you need is provided by the owners. It is definitely sized for a couple on a getaway. If you like to spread out while on vacation you may want something a little bigger. Other than that, we would be back.

Amazing Cabana Style Rental

The property was wonderful and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Crystal River. Location was perfect to get to the beach, marina, springs and all of the amazing wildlife was beautiful. Thanks for being wonderful hosts!

Our hosts and their place are awesome!

Great place is just right for a couple wanting an extended stay. Very convenient to hiking, kayaking, fishing areas as well as shopping and exploring. So nice, we have already reserved for next year.

Pleasant surprise

Comfortable stay with everything you need for convenience. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean property. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to everything Crystal River. I would definitely book this property again for future returns to the area.

Crystal River Stay

Sawgrass Landing is the perfect place for a brief couples getaway close to nature. This was our second stay here and we’ll be back. We love the condo, the location and the view. The condo is clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely weekend getaway

Excellent place and area

We went to the Crystal River area to swim with the Manatees. This VRBO is located in a perfect spot to get to several places where you can see them! The place was clean, quiet, and perfect for our trip!!
