  • LEA NUESTRAS EXCELENTES OPINIONES Creemos que lo que dicen nuestros viajeros sobre su estadía es la parte más importante de cualquier alquiler. Este condominio único es la unidad de alquiler más grande en The Landings. Con una entrada en la puerta principal que lo lleva hasta la parte trasera del edificio a su balcón privado con vista al río, la piscina y los muelles. La mayoría de las otras unidades de alquiler en este complejo tienen la mitad del tamaño o menos. Estamos ubicados en el río Withlacoochee justo al lado del río Rainbow con su propio deslizamiento de barco. Escondido en un entorno natural de ríos y cipreses. Sentirás que la Madre Naturaleza es tu anfitrión. Sin embargo, todavía está a una corta distancia a pie del distrito histórico de Dunnellon, restaurantes y tiendas.
    El condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades que necesita para disfrutar de su estadía. En los alrededores se pueden alquilar botes, bucear o hacer snorkel. Así como aventuras en tubos.

Everything is well stocked and the condo is bright and spacious. You're able to see the river from both the living room and one of the bedrooms which has a very comfy bed.

Very clean. Kitchen is stocked with necessary cookware and more. Air conditioner worked great and each room had a fan. Hot water heater worked great. Would book again!

We specifically chose this property for the river frontage and the two kayaks that we could use and we weren't disappointed. The kayak rack is a couple of metres from the dock so launching and recovery is easy, and after a 10-minute easy paddle we could be at the bottom of the Rainbow River. The kayaks are fine, 2 singles, one sit on top, one sit inside, both plenty stable. We saw otters feeding up at the bridge near Swampy's on our first trip out. As others have said, the apartment is great, clean and well equipped and Joe was super communicative and helpful. Now we are just trying to figure out when we can return!

This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. It was a much needed get away after all that’s been going on the last year. The place was just as advertised beautiful unit, beautiful view of the lake also facing the pool side. Dealing with the host was a breeze. The people who live there were very friendly and we made some new friends. We had a lot of fun together, laughing and sharing stories. The weather was great, and there is a lot to do in the area. There are also some very good places to eat. The price was great and are looking forward to planning another trip.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rental was very clean and well stocked! Loved being able to watch the gators swimming from the couch! Communication was fast and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Great condo, great location

This condo was very well updated, comfortable and in a convenient location. It was well supplied with necessary essentials. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. It suited our needs very nicely.

Perfect retreat

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Above and beyond expectations. We weren’t able to stay in our family property this year but this rental more than made up for it. More amenities than we could even use. Will definitely come back.

Relax close to Rainbow Springs

Relaxing family week in a quiet natural environment. Property was clean and fully functional, easy parking and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub, easy access with provided kayaks to Rainbow river. Great communication with the owners, who were timely responsive to questions about the neighborhood.

Relaxing Get Away

Very convenient could walk to restaurants and shopping. Condo was a little dated but met our needs to get away and relax. We sat on the dock in the afternoons and watched turtles, birds and small alligators in their natural habitat. Pool was convenient well maintained and quite..

Great Location and plenty of room for a family

The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The view is great. Peaceful and relaxing. Plenty of room for the four of us. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a 2 minute drive to stores. In a quiet neighborhood. Good communication with host. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely go again.

Condo on withlacoochee river

Very peaceful and convenient location with view of the river. Accurate pictures. Older property with some updates but clean and comfortable. Great king size beds large tv and well stocked kitchen. Dunnellon is a nice small town with several good restaurants and wonderful state park on Rainbow Springs many other good activities nearby.
