  • This newly remodeled home with private dock sits right on the edge of the Crystal river with a one of a kind view of Kings Bay. View of natural spring and Manatees from property, gas grill for cooking out, large lot for parking truck/trailer, 2nd story balcony that overlooks the Crystal River. Right around the corner from Plantation. Access to large floating dock for swimming, boat parking and kayak launch. 2 tandem and 2 single kayaks included with rental.

Great location! Heat and ac worked great. We didn't cook anything but kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for the coffee and ice maker! Saw lots of animals from the deck. Beds were very comfortable.

Yearly fishing trip

Perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable in an awesome setting and only minutes to the boat launch. Close to all necessary amenities.

Location, Location.

Great location, perfect spot for wildlife, views, beach,boat rentals, and restaurants. Private and beautiful, Manatee's galore. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Loved our stay at this VRBO and love Crystal River!!Nice location and views of the inlet and canals were beautiful. Saw Manatees and numerous wildlife. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return and stay there.

Amazing location!!!

We love coming to Crystal River and staying at The Boathouse made it a tremendous time! The location is quaint and the view is great for sight seeing right from the back porch. This place will not disappoint and you will feel right at home.

Just as good the second time!

We stayed here last summer and immediately booked again to come when it was colder to see the manatees! It was absolutely amazing. We kayaked, went to the spring's viewing area and saw hundreds of manatees in crazy clean water, cooked a great dinner and just enjoyed the view. This is a very special place!

Old Florida with modern convenience

Clean, cool, quiet boathouse with an incredible view. All the appliances were clean and worked. It was an amazing vacation!

Loved it!

We absolutely loved being on the water. The place was clean and the host was very attentive and accommodating. We got there earlier than expected and the host was flexible with letting us check in a little early! We also loved the use of the kayaks, we were able to explore the area and make stops for food or drinks. We really liked the waterfront social. We had fun swimming with manatees too! We would love to return and enjoy more of the springs!

Great property and great location

We had a quick 3 night's stay, over Mother's Day weekend. The property is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great. The floating dock was perfect for our 24' boat. The docks below are very interesting and good for fishing as well. We really enjoyed our stay and very happy overall.

Relaxing stay on the bay

Great little house on the water for our family of 5 for 2 nights! We loved kayaking, playing in the water, and porch sitting. We even saw some manatees right off the dock! House was clean and had everything we needed.

We left the location of the house. It was right over the water and you could see it on all sides. We loved that there was a floating dock that we had access to and we love that we got to see manatees right outside our door! Both Memphis and Zac were super accommodating hosts and made it feel like home
