“Our only complaint with this property were the beds. They were very soft and worn. We were a group of two couples travelling. All 4 of us had bad sleeps on the two beds and complained of sore backs. Good beds are so important. The rest of the cottage was locked lovely. ”

We Arrived from a trip with my 2 teenagers from Akl - in the middle of winter - cold & tired To what looked like a crime scene- it hadn’t been cleaned - A disgrace - Nothing - mousetraps in the kitchen - bottles - dishes in the sink - Cold as anything - It was an absolute disgrace - Helen Liu should have all her listings removed -”

Estaba en Queenstown y salí para Tekapo, Cuando llegué no tenía habitación, por error la reserva al hacerla me saltó al día 22 de Marzo. Intenté cambiarla pero no era posible. Es una lastima que por un simple error de internet o un despiste no se pueda hacer nada, ni incluso contactar con la central de reservas para intentar solucionar el problema.”
