“Lighting in bathroom was bad for make-up and general grooming, yellow lights, Balcony in need of urgent repair large cracks in floor had to be careful not to trip,plus there should be a safety strip on step indicating that there is a step down to balcony. Breakfast was very disappointing the only good thing was the orange juice, we chose to have in room as we wanted to experience eating on balcony overlooking the rowers on the lake.”

“Everything seemed fine until later in the evening when we pulled back the bed covers and found the sheets had not been replaced after previous use! We made alternative provisions to sleep on the bed but not between the sheets! There were several dark hairs and creasing on the left side of the sheet. We took pictures and went to reception in the morning (9am) before leaving. No one was in attendance. We will not be going back. Very disappointed. ”
