“My family stayed in 2 superior rooms for one night. There is no lift so luggage has to be carried up the stairs. Room 14 was on the first floor and huge, room 30 was on the second floor and slightly smaller. The shower was over the bathtub with a curtain. The staff in the restaurant and elsewhere were excellent and we enjoyed the food (bearing in mind this is a Greene King, not a Michelin starred restaurant :). “Lovely accommodation, clean, modern, pretty and spacious garden, safe off road parking. 3 very comfy bedrooms, nice living room with dining table. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. There was no on there to welcome us and they hadn’t sent us the door code so I had to phone twice before someone would pick up and then had to wait for the owner to arrive to let us in, not ideal after a long journey.
