The cabin by the lake was warm, comfortable, and welcoming! We enjoyed sitting on the dock, watching the water and the kids play. Great place for a family stay!

Was not able to stay, my sister is handy caped and was not able to walk the hill that was going down to the entrance. Did not know there was a hill going down to the cabin. Lost a lot of money because of it. Stayed at hotels the rest of the trip. I'm sure the cabin was fine just didn't get to experience it. And I didn't mention it to Tara and Branden couldn't get in the door either with the code. Knew I wasn't staying after the hill so I didn't mention it wasn't their fault.

Awesome

This is the 2nd tine i have stayed, and i enjoyed it so much. My 2 daughters live a few miles from there which is why i choose the location location originally, and now im hooked, and its where i try to stau everytime i drive up to see them.my girls also love it. Mrs. Tara is super nice, and communicating with her is simple and easy.i look forward to a return visit at some point this summer

Very Poor

Very poor stay. The property is very loud when the upstairs unit is booked (fair enough this was mentioned in the listing). However the “air conditioning” is controlled by the people renting the upstairs cabin! How can they sell it with AC when someone else sets it to heat? We had to leave due to my 3 month old baby overheating and requiring medical attention. DO NOT BOOK

Great getaway

The cabin is cute, clean and convenient for a lake stay. We hope to be able to return and bring our boat to do some fishing. We fished off the dock in the evening and caught a bass and had a couple of other bites. It was a great place!

Beautiful!

In town to visit Stoney Lonesome and this 2 bed 1 bath lake front home was perfect! A great space to go play all day and come back to relax in the evening. Host was wonderful and responded to any questions nearly immediately. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the space more!

Great Location, Beautiful Scenery

I rented the cabin for my ex-wife, youngest son and his wife, and myself. My oldest son and his family live in the area. We celebrated Christmas at the cabin. We celebrated my grandson's birthday. The cabin was perfect as our base for the visit. The home owner communicated with us and keep us informed as we prepared to travel their and after we were in the cabin! Would love to be there to enjoy the lake during the summer.

Disappointed

Not what I expected. Husband and myself are both 74. Upon arriving unit was not clearly marked and there was no sidewalk or railing going down a hill to the lower level of a cabin that was a duplex. Also didn’t expect to have children running and thumping upstairs all day and at 6 in the morning.. not sure if they were tenants or visiting like us. Was a great view of the lake. Floors were dirty. There was only 1 coffee cup and drinking glasses were on top shelf out of my reach. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. . Could be a great unit but is lacking in a lot of comfort and safety aspects
