Acabo de comprar esta casa que figuraba en VRBO antes con más de 30 reseñas de 5 estrellas. Se enumeró con actualizaciones y bajo nueva administración.

Nuestra casa de campo tiene un total de 5 habitaciones y capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. Hay 3 dormitorios en el nivel principal con una cama king y 4 camas individuales. El nivel inferior tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 camas queen. Amplia cocina actualizada en el nivel principal con capacidad para 11 adultos y 4 niños. El nivel inferior también tiene una sala de estar separada con cocina americana. Espacio dividido perfecto pero contiguo para 2 familias o grupos grandes que viajan juntos. El nivel inferior también tiene una oficina / gimnasio separado, una máquina Golden Tee, una mesa de futbolín, un banco de pesas y una máquina elíptica. La casa es la escapada perfecta si desea paz y tranquilidad en el país con todas las comodidades posibles para la máxima comodidad. La gran terraza de la parte trasera de la casa se abre a un extenso terreno de 7 acres con árboles frutales y de nueces, un estanque repleto de peces y una piscina privada recién agregada en el suelo

Peaceful, relaxing, country scenery…, with an amazing pool. Everything you need in the kitchen, so much room! Gym, game room, and mini kitchen downstairs as well! It is 5 minutes to trails and you can see the duck river from the pool! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Property

We feel like Family when we stay with Jorge. He is the most hard working person we have ever met, and yet he is always available and responsive to the smallest of requests.The real crown jewel of this property is the total package. This is country living. Quiet and gentle. Fifteen (15) minutes from infrastructure (Publix & Restaurants). It is an amazing “get-away”.

Like Coming Home…

My Husband and I have spent the last six years renting from VRBO in pre-retirement planning. From Florida, to the Carolina’s, and Alabama.This is the only property that we continue to return to. This was our seventh visit, and we have already planned our fifth visit for Thanksgiving 2025.We feel like Family when we stay with Jorge. He is the most hard working person we have ever met, and yet he is always available and responsive to the smallest of requests.The house is awesome. It is immaculately clean. The kitchen has all we have ever needed. We spend the majority of our time on the back deck, surrounded by nature and quiet. The real crown jewel of this property is the total package. This is country living. Quiet and gentle. Fifteen (15) minutes from infrastructure (Publix & Restaurants). It is an amazing “get-away”.I highly recommend this property.

Great House!

The house was great. The property owner was quick to respond to questions. The pool was fantastic! The neighbor kitty "Sonia" hung out with us on the porch. The house was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. It was home away from home!

Perfect for our family reunion!

This beautiful home was a wonderful spot for our families from different states to gather. Plenty of room for everyone and a terrific amount of outdoor space for the kids to run and play as well as a wonderful private pool for cooling off. Great distance from Ave Maria Grotto as well as Cathedral Caverns for some fun outings. The property manager Jorge was very attentive and quick to respond. We may just have to visit again next year! This home is a gem!

Girls weekend

This was a middle point to meet up with some close friends to lay around the pool. We couldn’t have asked for better weather for the pool. It was a spacious house with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was big and had lots of cooking items when we needed it. We spent a lot of time laughing on the back porch. Great relaxing weekend.

Great place to stay!

House and property were excellent for us. My son was getting married and there was plenty of room for out of town family to stay. Great kitchen! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating to our needs. Would love to come back!

Relaxing Property for Mini Vacation

We had a group of friends staying for a few days. The home was large enough for all of us to spread out. The pool is wonderful. We used it everyday. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time.

Spacious and Secluded

This is a large beautiful home and lot. The private swimming pool is amazing and very clean. The yard its on is beautiful! We would definitely stay there again. The owner was great ti answer all of our questions quickly and even checked on us after there was a bad storm as well as sending someone to get the storm leaves out of the pool. You will love this home!!!

Awesome Swimming Pool

We had our annual family vacation at this property with our grown kids and young grandkids. There were 12 of us in all and PLENTY of room for everyone for sleeping and for playing games or just hanging out to watch TV or sit and talk. (The 3 little ones slept on couches.) The space was exactly what we needed and the large eat in kitchen was great for dinner time and game nights. Lots of storage and was well stocked. It could use more eating utensils because when you have 12 people, you tend to run out. The house itself was as pictured and the inside was clean. We spent the majority of our time in the large pool that had plenty of shallow space and deep space for all swimmers. We brought our own water volleyball set and had a blast. It is in the country, so there are bugs, but a beautiful view of the Duck River and the surrounding area. Out on the back deck, it's shady and gorgeous as it's surrounded by enormous oak trees. Great stay! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the time and because of the location, it was quality time without distractions of a destination location or city life.

Peaceful

This property is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The deck is great for dining, visiting and games. There is a really nice view from the pool deck. The house and property are laid out well for large groups to spread out. It seems remote but there are stores and restaurants about 15 minutes away by car.

Quiet and gentle. Fifteen (15) minutes from infrastructure (Publix & Restaurants). It is an amazing “get-away”. I have seen several posts regarding lack of internet access / band-width. During our last visit, we had three (3) people teleworking, using our “hot-spots”, with no issues. When there was a disruption of Sat / wi-fi service, Jorge recommended rebooting the router, which resolved all issues. I highly recommend this property.
