“All we could say was wow! Words cannot express the view from this house! It looked like a picture! Beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, spacious, comfortable beds, everything was perfect. I have the worst cell service and I couldn’t get the app to work but David answered my call right away and helped us get in. I’d highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!”

“This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby.”

“Absolutely perfect rental!Great location with an amazing view!”

“Great space, great location. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Arriving at Orchid Harbor and taking in the view, sound, and smell of the ocean across the lawn makes all of the daily stresses of the mainland melt away. The century old house is charming, welcoming, and comforting. It feels like you are staying with good friends or family. With all of the living spaces, it feels roomy and cozy at the same time and wraps around you like a hug. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs....

“Lovely house, exceptionally clean, beautiful art, a wonderful sunroom, great kitchen! One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Also, a good location. The host was so kind and responsive.”

“Great place! Perfect for my husband, daughter and me during a quick visit to the area. Everything as described and easy communication with the host. Thank you!”

“Wow, wow, wow! My family and I all agree that this has been the best rental home we have ever stayed in. The interior design is so chic, we were truly wowed by the attention to detail in this place. The beds and pillows are also extremely comfy, we all had a great two nights of sleep here. The location of this place is phenomenal, it neighbors the Portland Observatory, many bars/cafes, and is a short walk down to the eastern promenade. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in...

“The house is so cute and ideally located for exploring Portland. We were there for the 4th of July and the fireworks display was within 3 blocks of us.”

“Beautiful property, well equipped, lots of amenities, plenty of space for our large group.”

“This place was excellent, very clean, and the check-in/checkout process was very easy. The unit is broken into 3 distinct apartments with the upstairs being a one bedroom suite. However, all of the units are accessible to each other through stairs so it's convenient for staying connected while also having some separate space.”
