Would definitely return - great atmosphere, great local food at Millstone Country Store and more! I would recommend bringing a fan to help sleep to drown out the HotTub and HVAC turning on at night, luckily I carry one with me. Everything was stocked as described, however we didn't find the paper towels until after we went out and bought some.

Was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was comfy and cozy! Only issue is that we ran out of hot water quite fast which made using the tub a bit harder, but it was still a wonderful time!!

We stayed here as a nice Christmas getaway weekend for our family. We booked tickets on The Polar Express train in Cumberland, MD, so this was a great location for both our event and to explore Cumberland. Very clean and cozy place to stay as temperatures fell into the teens. We toasted marshmallows at the firepit and enjoyed the hot tub as snow fell around us. We would highly recommend this spot to both couples and small families looking for getaway. It is very clean, comfortable, new, and clearly loved by its owners.

The cabin was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was modern, making meal prep a breeze. The outside decking and surrounding property was very private. We enjoyed evenings by outdoor firepit that included an ample supply of dry, seasoned wood.Our days were spent riding our ebikes on the C&O and GAP trails. Both are very close by. Cumberland is an easy drive and has an amazing bike shop.Our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. We are already making plans to return to this cabin next year!

Beautiful little cabin. Loved the double shower, the hot tub was so great. And the little visitor ( black rat snake) that blessed us with his presence was even welcomed. The only thing that would have made this stay over the top was a bigger bed. But my husband and i are used to a cal. King. Other then that it was a perfect little cabin.

Thank you for such a lovely stay. We loved the relaxing decor of the cabin. The upstairs was a nice place to read or listen to the rain which were our favorites. The kitchen had everything to make our meals and we enjoyed cooking in. We loved the location and enjoyed our outing to Paw Paw tunnel, downtown Cumberland and 1812 Brewery. Thank you for stopping by with flashlights during the short power outage during the storms. We’ll be back to visit!

Beautiful

Clean, well-appointed space. Check-in was easy as could be. When I needed to call the owner, I got an answer right away. Beautiful place and you can see so many stars. Definitely recommend! When we come back to ride the railroad with our kids, I think we'll be staying here again.

Exceeded all expectations. Secluded but close to everything we needed. Trailheads for biking were all close by, while this lovely property gave us total privacy in the same breath. Superb accommodations, highly recommend .

Wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway with my husband. We had a great time in the area hiking and biking and enjoyed coming back to this very clean and spacious home. This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed! The hot tub was very nice and clean as well and much appreciated after a long day of hiking. The property is well-maintained and private. Highly recommended!

Long needed getaway!

It is wonderful. Quiet, private, we did not see anyone during our stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and perfect for a couples escape. The back deck and hot tub was perfect for after a hike on the C&O canal. There was a full kitchen and outdoor grill but we found lots of local restaurants in Cumberland instead. Amazing!

The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Not only was the house itself updated beautifully and very clean but all the outdoor scenery made it even better! We loved walking around the property, the hot tub, and the wood included for a campfire was a nice touch! We would definitely come back again :)

Great property - Quiet location

My wife and I were looking for a quiet weekend getaway. The property was perfect. It was true to the pictures. While we didn't have many questions in advance, the owners were very quick to respond to last minute questions. We would consider a return visit in the spring or fall.Thanks Delbert & Brooke for sharing the property!
