We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Just the perfect location for our one night stay. We would definitely stay again on our next trip.”

“It is wonderful. Quiet, private, we did not see anyone during our stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and perfect for a couples escape. The back deck and hot tub was perfect for after a hike on the C&O canal. There was a full kitchen and outdoor grill but we found lots of local restaurants in Cumberland instead. The communication with the host was really fast. They did everything to make our stay perfect. We are looking forward to another trip back!! Communication with the host...

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings.”

“The.house had everything thing we needed. The master bed was very comfortable and hot tub was amazing. The only problem we encountered was that as soon as we pulled up i realized i no longer had cell service so we had to go back to the main gate so we could pull up the code information. This was really our fault as i should have written it down ahead of time. Our whole reason for going was to rest which we definitely did. Very relaxing. ”
