- The WiFi password given by the host was wrong.- The Internet was not working (100% of the time - the Internet signal on the router was always OFF) - either the host or the provider does not pay the Internet bill, or the provider already disconnected the Internet connection at the property- The issue with the WiFi password and the unavailability of Internet was notified to the host via 3 phone calls and via an email. The reply was to self-troubleshoot with some basic steps (which I had done many times before contacting them).- I emailed with the correct issue, and no one responded during our stay.- There was no connectivity for all of us - no movies nor entertainment for three days.One of the worst stays in our whole lives.So sorry to log this.
