Country Villa in Peaceful Location with Private Pool

  • This Country villa, which is situated in Cutar, overlooks the nearby mountains. The 75 m² villa consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room), a washing machine, 2 fans as well as a TV. Crib and high chair available (with bed linen available as well).

    Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The pool is situated above the house in an enclosed (railings) and private area. The pool is not shared and to your exclusive use. From here you can overlook the stunning mountain panorama.

    Please, note that of the last 600 m of road before reaching the house, 200 are unpaved.

    In Cútar (1,5 km) you will find a bar and a pharmacy.

    Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 5.65 km.

    Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 5.71 km.

    Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.90 km.

Pros: Vi boede i huset i en uge, som har en helt fantastisk beliggenhed med 360 graders udsigt til bjerge. Huset er meget rustikt og autentisk og var ved ankomsten rent og pænt. Huset har flere lækre terrasser med et tilpas stort poolområde til 5 personer. Hvis man er til fred og ro i smukke omgivelser er dette sted et perfekt mål for en ferie.

Pros: Dear Antonio, thank you so much for such a delightful stay in the wonderfully relaxing environment of your holiday house La Loma. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. What a spectaculour location. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the stars in the clear night sky. We loved the interior of the house, particularly the wonderful rustic features. We'll certainly be booking with you again, as well as telling all our friends.

Pros: Prachtige omgeving, je denkt dat je nergens op uit komt, maar daar staat aan het einde van de hobbelweg toch echt een heerlijk huis met zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Sommige spullen zijn aan vervanging toe, zoals de douche en ook het zwembad kan hier en daar een nieuw tegeltje gebruiken, maar voor die prijs, heerlijk. Echt genoten. Alleen de kat was irritant, die liet ons niet met rust....

Pros: We have spend a 2 weeks family holiday and we absolutely loved it! The children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed tranquility and the absolute stunning views. The house and its surroundings is very pretty and it is 5 min. to Cutar were we had great tapas and everybody was so friendly to us. To the beach it is about half an hour with lots of bars and restaurants. We went as well to Granada, Malaga and Cordoba, leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. Had a few times BBQ and enjoyed Mangoes and Lemons from Antonio who was ever so friendly! We hope to come back next year!!!

Pros: Meget privat med god udsigt og rigtig lækker og stor privat pool. Der var en meget kælen kat, som altid opholdt sig i nærheden af os. Lille 14 tommer fjernsyn. Hurtig tilbagemelding på vores forespørgsler - både før og under opholdet. Meget venlig ejer, der bor i huset lige ovenfor ferieboligen. De sidste 500 meter ned til huset på meget ujævn og stejl grusvej. Ingen aircondition. Inventar i boligen generelt lidt slidt, men brugbart.

Pros: En helt aldeles fantastisk uge Antonion og Jeanettes Casa. Total afslapning. Der var alt hvad vi kunne ønske i poolen. Skulle der endelig findes en lille knast ville det have været rart med aircondition i de to sove værelser og stuen. Der var en mobil ventilator der fungerede fint, så det gik alligevel rigtig godt trods nattevarmen. Værtsparet er utroligt søde og står på spring, hvis der er noget. Vi klarede os selv med det meste og nød opholdet til fulde. Kommer vi til området igen bliver det hos Antonio og Jeanette. Det er helt sikkert. mvh Bent Juhler

Awesome quiet location with an amazing host

Pros: What an absolute gem of a place. My family of 4, two adults and two kids (ages 4 and 2) had an amazing stay with Antonio. The views were stunning, the house and location were nice and quiet and the swimming pool was the highlight of our trip. Would 10/10 recommend. Also, the host Antonio was excellent is his communication. Via WhatsApp we translate in Spanish and got a reply from Antonio translated in English within literally 5 minutes. Our 4 year old unfortunately picked up an ear infection, and when we asked where to go for a doctors appointment, Antonio not only gave us the info quickly, but even showed up before us at the doctors desk to help us translate in Spanish. What a great host and lovely guy… thanks for everything Antonio!

Pros: Wij hebben 1 week gespendeerd in het huis van Antonio en Jeanette. Laat ik beginnen met het feit dat het twee ontzettend aardige mensen zijn. Je kunt heel goed in het Engels met ze communiceren op een prettige manier. Het huis ligt prachtig in de bergen en is via een onverharde weg bereikbaar. Hieronder de plus- en minpunten: Pluspunten: - prachtige plek in de bergen - privé zwembad - mooi uitzicht - fijn klimaat - mooi groot terras - aardige huiseigenaren Minpunten: - in het dal wonen veel blaffende honden (vooral 's avonds en 's nachts veel gehoord) -> hebben de eigenaren natuurlijk geen invloed op, maar het viel ons op. - keuken heeft geen oven - inhoud keuken was niet zo schoon - geen keukenhanddoeken, die hebben we zelf moeten kopen

Pros: We hadden twee mooie weken in Casa la Loma, van 9 tot 24 maart. Mooi, in de zin van fijn en leuk,het weer was de eerste week prachtig, geheel volgens wens en verwachting, maar de tweede week bracht veel regen, storm en kou. Dat was een fikse tegenvaller. Als je de deur niet uit kan, is het wel fijn een gezellig, knus huisje te hebben, met een voortreffelijke vloerverwarming. Overigens is het huis zeker niet voor 6 mensen geschikt, zoals in bovenstaande beschrijving staat. Voor vier is het prima. Bij het punt "service tijdens verblijf" heb ik niets ingevuld, want die was niet aan de orde. Alles wat we voor twee weken nodig hadden, was aanwezig. Terrassen en zwembad, hoewel niet gebruikt, zien er prachtig uit, maar een tuin heb ik niet kunnen ontdekken. Je kan om het huis heenlopen, via terras en een klein stukje tuin achter het huis, maar meer is het niet. Je hebt ook geen tuin nodig met drie mooie terrassen! Het huisje ligt niet in Cutar, maar tussen Benamargosa en Cutar in. Dat is juist zo mooi, helemaal vrij. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden aan mensen die de binnenlanden van Andalusië willen zien.
