We would have appreciated a welcoming smile as well as being told the relevant information. - The menu needs to be updated to show what is actually served. “Very tired hotel! Geo thermal pool is not geo thermal. Rooms are untidy and dirty. We had ‘willies’ drawn in to the bathroom mirror. Screws in the wall but paintings in the wardrobe. ?? Carpet was dirty and other guests rubbish still on the floor. Curtain rail was broken and hanging off the ceiling so curtain would not shut properly. Spa was very tatty. We were told on checkout that the hotel had only recently been purchased and was being renovated but that was not advertised. If you are going...
